This Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer represents a legal document and applies to the information, products and services provided when you access and use our website(s), www.lightleadercenter.com or www.spiritualcantina.com; access our online courses through our course site hosted by Teachable.com; or our mobile application; collectively and herein after called “Platform.” This Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer also applies to any encounter with any LightLeader, LLC written, audio or video information, or participation in any pre-recorded or live program, session, workshop or webinar, social media program, meditation, visualization, Positive Vibration Shift, or in-person individual or group session with LightLeader, or any other kind of encounter with LightLeader staff, associates or affiliates.

This document, the LightLeader Privacy Notice, and the LightLeader Terms and Conditions of Use are collectively referred to as the “Agreement.” By using our Website, or accessing any of our products or services you agree to fully comply with and be bound by the Agreement each time you use our Website or access our products or services. In order to use or purchase any of our products or services, you must read and agree to the Agreement.

LightLeader staff are not licensed mental health counselors, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists or medical doctors. Members of the LightLeader team cannot diagnose, treat, heal, or cure any physical or psychological illness or disease, or psychological, psychiatric, or mental health condition. 

You should seek immediate help from a mental health professional or a crisis clinic:

• if you have suicidal thoughts or thoughts about harming other people
• if you suspect that you have a medical or mental health problem
• if you cannot care for yourself
• if you are abusing drugs, alcohol, or other harmful substances.

If you think that you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.  No action or inaction should be taken based solely on the contents of any LightLeader, LLC information, including any information on the website or in any of our products or services. Nor should you ever delay seeking medical advice or treatment due to the information contained on this Website or in our LightLeader products or services.

While there is research from the scientific community providing external/ third party evidence that meditation, certain breathing exercises, and other meditation-like practices can contribute to the alleviation of stress, and the prevention of and recovery from a wide range of physical and mental health conditions, the information, Services and Products from LightLeader, LLC are by no means prescriptive, medical or therapeutic, and LightLeader LLC makes no claims or guarantees as such. 

LightLeader, LLC information, Services and Products are intended to be educational and informational in nature, and for your convenience. Any written, audio or video information, pre-recorded or live training programs, workshops or webinars, social media programs, meditations, visualizations, Positive Vibration Shifts, or in-person individual or group sessions with LightLeader are NOT a substitute or replacement for in-person, qualified, licensed, mental health, psychologic, psychiatric, or medical discussion, diagnosis, prognosis or treatment based on your individual needs and requirements. You agree not to use any information, products, or services found on our website to diagnose or treat a mental health or medical condition without getting advice from a mental health professional or physician. Under no circumstances should you delay seeking medical services or treatment, or disregard, ignore or reject professional medical or mental health advice because of LightLeader, LLC information, including, but not limited to: something you read, viewed, heard, or experienced on the LightLeader, LLC website, on LightLeader, LLC social media, in any LightLeader LLC written, audio or video information, or participation in any pre-recorded or live training program, session, workshop or webinar, social media program, meditation, visualization, Positive Vibration Shift, or in-person individual or group session with LightLeader, LLC or any other kind of encounter with LightLeader staff, associates, or affiliates, or because of something the LightLeader, LLC staff, associates or affiliates says or writes in general, or anything LightLeader, LLC staff, associates or affiliates says or writes to you directly. 

Any medical information or statements provided on our website has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA and is not necessarily based on scientific evidence from any source. Any products, services, meditations, visualizations, Positive Vibration shifts or other products or services are intended to support general wellbeing and complement existing medical and mental  health practices and are not intended to replace or substitute existing medical or mental health treatment.

Although we make strong efforts to ensure that our information is accurate, LightLeader, LLC cannot guarantee that all the information on this website and blog and in our training programs, products and services  is always correct, complete, or up to date.

It is important for you to know that in the United States, only state and federally-licensed mental health counselors, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists and medical doctors are protected by state and federal “Doctor/ Patient Confidentiality” laws. Any path guidance, life coach or life guide services that are offered by non-licensed individuals are not protected by state and federal “Doctor/ Patient Confidentiality” laws. This means that while guides, coaches and teachers are expected to adhere to the highest levels of professional ethics and confidentiality, if any client or prospective client suggests, implies, threatens to, or harms themselves or someone else, or admits to child or elder abuse or endangerment, or breaks the law, non-licensed guides, coaches and teachers are required by law to report that information to the proper authorities. In addition, if any non-licensed life guide, teacher or coach is subpoenaed to provide testimony by a court of law, a non-licensed guide, teacher or coach is not protected by state or federal, “Patient Confidentiality,” laws, and may be required to submit information, verbal or written, provided by a client, to an attorney or court.
